Profile
JoAnne Donner holds a Masters Degree in Conflict Management at Kennesaw State University. A conflict management specialist with significant expertise in
conflict communications, she is a trained, certified and registered mediator and arbitrator for divorce, civil and workplace issues.

A skilled and experienced communicator, she also excels as a mediation coach, preparing disputing parties for the pressures and possibilities of a mediation
session. She is a firm believer that pre-mediation preparation can make the difference between a successful outcome at the mediation table or years of
wishing something different had been decided on mediation day.

An award-winning interviewer and writer, JoAnne has played an active role in Atlanta's professional community for more than 25 years. She is strongly
committed to the power of the mediation process and its ability to resolve disputes in a financially-affordable, non-litigious setting. She is also an advocate
for divorce arbitration, which gives couples who cannot settle at the mediation table another alternative for resolution before having to withstand the stress
and strain of going to court.

In addition to her work with divorcing couples in mediation coaching, mediation and arbitration, JoAnne is certified to conduct mediations and conflict
management training in the workplace. Workplace programs include training employees to handle low-level disputes themselves before they escalate and
training managers in fundamental mediation techniques for times when managerial intervention is necessary.

JoAnne is named in Who's Who in America, Who's Who of American Women, Who's Who in the Registry of Business Leaders, Who's Who in the Media and
Communications and Personalities of America. She is also a member of the Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame for Cleveland Heights High School in
Cleveland, Ohio.
