Andy spent over 25 years as owner and operator of Players World, a chain of retail stores in the southeast specializing in golf and other sports related
products. He was a also Board Chairman with Harmon Stores, a chain of health and beauty stores in the northeastern US and was brought into this position to
informally mediate existing board members and shareholders embroiled in dispute. He was part of the internal committee that facilitated the sale of Harmon
Stores to Bed Bath and Beyond.

His initial mediation experience was for the Cobb County Magistrate Court. Andy was chosen as 1 of 3 full time mediators for this program, out of 100+
applicants and currently serves on the roster for the Fulton, Forsyth and Cherokee County ADR Programs handling domestic mediation cases for these
Superior Court programs.

Andy is familiar with the aspects of divorce from both a personal and professional perspective. He is experienced in both business and divorce cases, and has
an understanding of cases with and without attorneys. He is founder of Flink Consulting, LLC, a full service organization specializing in business and domestic
mediation, arbitration and consulting. At One Mediation, Andy serves as a mediator and coach who specializes in divorce and separation matters, as well as
in matters that require specific expertise related to family-owned businesses.

Andy is a registered neutral with the GODR as a Civil and Domestic mediator and is a contributing author on mediation to the State Bar of Georgia Family Law
Review.
